We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, a deep understanding of various job boards and sourcing techniques, and preferably a background in IT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth by building a strong IT talent pipeline.
● Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to understand IT talent requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
● Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (e.g., eFin, LinkedIn, Monster), social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks to attract and identify qualified IT candidates.
● Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment, including resume review, phone and in-person interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
● Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate market trends, and competitive intelligence.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews, handle interview feedback, and manage the overall candidate selection process.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to proactively anticipate talent needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
● Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new IT hires.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully hiring IT professionals.
● In-depth knowledge of various job boards such as eFin, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms for sourcing and attracting IT talent.
● Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
