The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Summary:

The Process Improvement Documentation Specialist role is a contact for RealPage teams or internal customers seeking to document business and operational processes or receive training on documenting and communicating their processes. This individual is a liaison between leadership teams and their team members on process change rollouts. This role requires the individual to effectively coordinate, schedule, document, and communicate process-related training information that impacts RealPage internal teams. This individual is expected to always present a professional image as they work closely with leadership, operations, and other stakeholders across the organization to efficiently document and distribute effective and efficient process documentation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and facilitate process documentation working sessions with subject matter experts.
  • Document and share process standards, content, and updates with internal teams in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all stakeholders are current on all new process information.
  • Plan and facilitate innovative and thorough training sessions for internal customers globally using different training methods and approaches to effectively relay process content, standards, and updates.
  • Advocate for process documentation and rollout to meet RealPage and departmental standards.
  • Prepare and share recurring updates on documentation creation, usage of process training materials, and upcoming process changes to the leadership team and other internal customers.
  • Leverage understanding of the industry and the external customers’ needs to provide internal customers with comprehensive process documentation and detailed training to ensure success in their roles.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with cross-functional departments across RealPage and third‐party resources to aid in training creation, review, and facilitation.
  • Assist internal customers in getting answers from the appropriate teams when concerns are raised about a process documentation and its rollout.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Process Documentation and Facilitation
  • Minimum 2 years of call center support experience
  • Previous experience in successful meeting facilitation, formal training, presentation, and public speaking
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to rapidly gain product knowledge, integrate it with customer care processes and techniques, and organize and communicate important points in verbal and written formats.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with internal customers and business partners.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in changing shifts and occasionally extended hours as needed to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of creating Process Flow Diagrams using Visio or similar software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing training programs is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in a Night Shift schedule.
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Work On Site, Home and Hybrid)
