Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized, versatile, and results-driven Business Support & Logistics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for:
    • Managing and following up with potential business leads
    • Coordinating logistics
    • Handling organizational matters
    • Providing support as needed.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to learn and adapt to new online tools quickly and reliably, such as ShipBob, Shopify, and Alibaba, as well as demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates must have the ability to perform well under high-pressure situations and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up with potential business leads to ensure timely and effective communication, driving lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and transportation for test kit delivery and other related products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle various organizational matters, such as planning meetings, maintaining records, and tracking project progress, to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Learn and master new online tools and platforms quickly, including ShipBob, Shopify, Alibaba, and other relevant tools, to support the efficient operation of the business and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Provide exceptional support for various tasks, including customer service, technical assistance, and administrative duties, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all business interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a support or logistics role, preferably within a high-growth organization.
  • Familiar with tools, such as slack, emails, Asana
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new online tools and platforms effectively, such as ShipBob, Shopify, and Alibaba, while staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant applications, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
