IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or any related courses
  • Knowledge or experience with ticketing system, troubleshooting and technical support
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT or Internship experience
  • Available to work onsite
  • Has good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide email support for technical advisory and onsite/remote technical support services.
  • Process and resolve concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
  • Ensure to meet goals set for all metrics required by the client.
  • Check designated queue in the ticketing system to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.  
  • Update ticket as soon as you work on it.
  • Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified ticketing system.  
  • Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in system for complete resolution
