We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Instructional Designers
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs and building effective and out-of-the-box training solutions 
  • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling training content aligned to business goals and performance objectives
  • Applying tested learning design theories, best practices and methods optimally to create and nurture a robust learning ecosystem
  • Work along with the Client Team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase
  • Understand the business problem, learner profile, and the evaluation methodology to implement in a proposed learning solution
  • Work through the various phases of design and development on instructional design, training strategy, content development, and assessment strategies
  • Execute and build ILTs, WBTs, and other learning interventions using effective instructional strategies
  • Apply a thorough understanding of requirement analysis, content analysis, content outline creation, and storyboarding
  • Script and conduct reviews of storyboards and developed courseware, while adhering to the proposed design and quality standards
  • Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines
  • Contribute strongly to project coordination and communication with the client as well as the cross-functional teams (Graphic Design and Programming)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication and Humanities-related subjects, with excellent command over English
  • Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate is an added advantage
  • Solid experience in managing a team of Instructional Designers
  • Exposure to working on proposals and design notes would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in visual, oral, and written form
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Strong Team player
  • Extensive Tool skills-MS Office
  • Amenable to work on nightshift (late afternoon or early evening start) and remote setup
