Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist | Temp WFH. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Emapta, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist who will match AP Invoices with Purchase Orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 2-3 years of Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
  • Experience in Timberline is an advantage
  • Highly motivated and can multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Understanding of General Ledger and EOM Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)

  • AP/AR Invoicing
  • Creditor/Debtor Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • General Ledger Entries
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs
  • Debtor management and follow-up.
  • Managing Incoming emails
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external parties (daily liaison)
  • End-of-Month Reconciliations
  • Your ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential to the role. Intermediate and fast and accurate data entry skills with Microsoft Office software applications are also required.
