The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

The Account Manager/Systems Consultant oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
  • Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts
  • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch point
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Economics, Computer or Industrial Engineering or any Business-related courses.

Experience:

  • With at least 1-2 years of IT sales work experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)
  • Excellent selling skills
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write report and proposal
  • Very good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to close the deal and manage time well
  • Must be hardworking and a team player
