Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

The Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. This leadership role involves overseeing the sales team, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth through successful sales initiatives. The Sales Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales management role.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
