We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt and possess a Not Specified or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

The role includes but not limited to:

• Enter supplier quotes into Vista ERP

  • Check PDF purchase requisition forms against authority matrix and/or job budget

• Create purchase orders (PO) in Vista ERP

• Send POs to suppliers

• Enter receivals against POs in Vista ERP

• Resolve PO variances to supplier invoices with proper authority

• Monitor open POs to ensure timely recording

The ideal person should have/be:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Purchasing Officer and can start ASAP
  • Strong understanding and operational competence in MS Office Excel
  • Experience in SAP or Oracle or other purchasing software
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent English communication skills with clients written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
