The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱14,000 to a maximum of ₱16,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

We are looking for dependable Marketing Assistant/Account Support who is service-oriented, a team player and can communicate effectively to support our expanding business requirements. He or she must have the desire to grow a career in Marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides efficient admin support to Marketing Officer to ensure correct and timely processing of HR, Payroll, and Marketing requirements.
  • Provides effective & keen sourcing of potential candidates through internal and external sourcing efforts by developing extensive network, social media, and job portal platform reach.
  • Builds and maintains a professional relationship with consultants by establishing regular/open communication channels on a weekly basis to get feedback on issues or concerns on project employment-related matters or updates with their respective clients requirements.
  • Maintains and updates a regular basis the database system
  • Liaises with Client’s Point of Contacts (POC) in the absence or in behalf of the Marketing Officer as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati. (Hybrid set-up /3 days onsite 2days WFH)
  • Willing to do field work/client visits.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
