The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

The Finance Shared Services Manager is a key leadership role within the finance team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the finance transactional team, managing a team of 5-10 bookkeepers, accountants, payroll administrators and legal assistants. You will be the primary point of contact for the wider business (across Australia, Germany and the UK) interfacing with the Finance. 

This role will build strong working relationships with our Financial Reporting Manager and Payroll Manager to ensure all business accountabilities from Finance are met. This role reports to the Head of Finance. 


  • Oversight and effective management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operational Accounting and Payroll teams, including responsibility for the accuracy of all data being produced by the team.
  • Oversee of all financial and accounting activities including controls to transaction processing and ensuring compliance to local in-country statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Manage internal and external audit processes, ensure compliance to regulatory timelines
  • Ensure compliance with weekly payment runs for accounts payable
  • Ensure compliance with weekly payroll schedules
  • Ensure timely month end close and report production
  • Develop reporting on finance efficiency metrics (DSO, DPO, invoices per FTE, days to close), insights and KPI reporting.
  • Be responsible for team scheduling, workforce planning, hiring and training staff on new and improved processes and systems and performance management.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the team, and continually support and promote their professional development.
  • Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement to these.
  • Work with the Head of Finance to develop and implement the strategy for the delivery of an effective and efficient Finance Operations model that supports the company’s planned growth strategy.
  • As a member of the Finance Management team, contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and business initiatives. 

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a shared services team
  • Demonstrated experience in a shared service AP/AR function 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with all levels of internal stakeholders Experience working with Australian payroll
  • A good understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards
  • A good knowledge of Xero and NetSuite
  • Proven experience managing a high performing team
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA or CFA qualification
