We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Executive Assistant (SEARICE). For those of you who live in Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Jobstreet Philippines, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Company Appeal

  • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance in administrative and financial management. S/he should be well-organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience overseeing budgets and expenses. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive in responding to emails on behalf of the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Admin and Finance team
  • Taking care of human resources including staff recruitment and hiring, contract renewals, and management (for staff, consultants, service providers, donors, and partners’ contracts)
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of SEARICE management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial management
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
