We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Desktop Support - ASAP!!. For candidates who reside in Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at TATA Consultancy Services (Philippines) Inc. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Provide Level-2/L3 support for IT • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop/laptop support, data network and server management, Telephone services, HP printer/Scanner/FAX support experience • Expert in windows 10 support, troubleshooting, migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 experience • ITIL foundation certified will be added benefits along with service now ticketing tool hands on experience • Understanding of Office 365 services and how they are used within Microsoft applications and online(Share point, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.) • Ability to priorities, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s/Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice • Ability to plan and priorities work load without supervision and Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing • Assist with installation of computer equipment • Desktop/Laptop refresh planning and execution with user data backup experience • Windows 10 imaging, pre-staging Using SCCM 2012 • IT drop in desk/IT centre user assistance on laptop/desktop/windows10/application troubleshooting • Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite/ Office 365, Skype for Business • Video conferencing and other audio/video equipment and technologies hands on experience • Transition process and execution experience will added advantages • Knowledge of mobile technologies including mobile OS platforms (Android, iOS) Must-Have Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills • Customer-oriented attitude • Have Service Now tool experience • Ability to perform complex troubleshooting of networked devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, etc.) • Knowledge of industry standard service desk processes and procedures • Willing to work 24/5 shift. Good-to-Have: • Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm • Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization
