We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Back Office Support • 100% Non-Voice in our business office, TRANSEC BPO SOLUTIONS INC..

Candidates with a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Customer Service are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Perform back-end and administrative tasks to assist clients both actively and pro-actively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Utilize client’s proprietary software to perform back-end and administrative tasks in order to fulfill client concerns and requests.
- Provide email and chat support to resolve customer issues and requests as necessary.
- Process client concerns or requests communicated through the dedicated voicemail for concierge.
- Will perform some basic designing using Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop is a huge plus.
- Must have good writing and speaking skills in English.
- Willing to work night shifts.
