We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Area Marketing Officer in our business office, CIS Bayad Center, Inc. - A Meralco Company.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing programs that increases brand strength and awareness as well as its products and services to their designated area or region.
- Supports and implements national marketing programs in their designated area or region.
- Analyzes sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
- Oversees and implements local store marketing for new and existing franchised and company-owned stores per area.
- Analyzes and submits report on market trends and competitor activity within their designated area or region to recommend improvements on marketing campaigns and to achieve goals.
- Coordinates with marketing team to resolve customer service and business issues.
- Coordinates and executes sales promotional and new product and service launch events in their area or region.
- Monitors and ensures operational expenses is within allotted budget.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): verbal and written communication, product and brand management, market analysis, product and market development, Project And Product Management.
- At least three (3) years work experience preferably in retail marketing
- Proficient on MS Office, creative software and online applications
- Experience in market analysis and product marketing strategies
- Business Understanding: Market Research and Analysis, Product Marketing, Trial rates of priority products, Product Marketing Program implementation, Project Management and execution
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Meralco Complex, Ortigas, Pasig City
- Full-Time position(s) available.
