Our company Alphaland Makati Place, Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of management trainee and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱23,000 - ₱25,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The Management Development Program 2023 is a comprehensive internal management development project of Alphaland Corporation that seeks to discover, train and employ young and talented graduates from all over the country as Management Trainees.
The Management Trainees are chosen through a stringent selection process. Those accepted to the program undergo a comprehensive development process that involves rotational assignments throughout Alphaland’s core units and departments such as Balesin Island Club operations, The Alpha Suites operations, The City Club operations, Marketing, Finance, and many more.
The Management Trainees shall each be mentored by the decision makers of the company, and get the chance to meet and interact with renowned experts and business leaders. Under the guidance of these mentors, the trainees shall be tasked to solve actual management issues and immersed in the entirety of Alphaland operations as they are assigned to the different projects and units. They will also experience management lectures, hands-on assignments, and round-table discussions.
We are looking for applicants from various fields:
Business, Communications, Engineering, Hospitality and Architectural graduates are encouraged to apply.
