We need you to fill the position as Office Engineer for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Quezon City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Requirements:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed)
- With at least 2-5 years related experience
- With knowledge in estimating , QS works
- With good communication skills both oral and written
- Willing to do field works
- 2 full-time positions available
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
2. Administer contractor’s work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
3.Expediter of the field management to client.
4. Inspect work sites, monitor project schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
5.Prepare correspondence and documents related to assigned projects and facilitate in internal RTD scanning and archiving in line with closet procedure.
6.Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.
7.Perform inspection and prepare documents for entire contract work projects.
8.Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
9.Prepare project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
10.Preparation Technical Documents such as TQ, CVI, EWN, CNCE, SDN and others.
11.Perform all task assigned by superior from time to time.
