In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Entry-level Position | FULL ONSITE-SETUP

Qualifications:

  • College-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; basic knowledge in HTML is a plus
  • Experience in writing and research is an advantage
  • Relevant experience is not required, but experience as an ESL teacher or teaching English in the academe is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Training Developers or subject matter experts to support the maintenance of content organized in the knowledge base, including its technical accuracy
  • Create, review, edit and maintain articles in Knowledge Base Tool and Production Knowledge repository
  • Edit and format existing documents in Knowledge Base and/or Knowledge Articles
  • Create and maintain demo contents

Requirements:

  • Excellent comprehension, written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex work environment
  • Possesses collaborative working style and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work with flexible schedules
