We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. We’re looking for someone who is both passionate about research and is excitedly engaged in connecting with people to uncover insights! That person must:
•Have strong foundations for research design but with the creativity to take the leap to discovery
•With the ability and confidence to recommend appropriate, relevant research methodologies for various consumer research challenges; bringing with him/her the knowledge and experience of utilizing different consumer research frameworks
•Enjoy being hands-on with research; put as much energy and enthusiasm in preparing and directly administering surveys and focus group discussions as you do with brainstorming and analysis
•A people person, able to communicate and coordinate with people; able to encourage people to take part in the research process.
•Are proud to deliver only quality work with completeness and accuracy while beating tight deadlines
•Do not mind doing the necessary paperwork because you believe details bring the discoveries
•Able to recruit the right respondents based on pre-approved profiles
Qualifications:
•Graduate of any 4-year course with strong foundations on research
•At least 5 years experience in a similar consumer research capacity, FMCG industry required
•Knowledgeable and with actual implementation experience in research techniques
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable and approachable
•Has strong follow through and analytical skills
•Proficiency in the use of MS Office application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
•Ability to exercise initiative in the overall execution of projects
•Must be organized and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
•Willing to work onsite in Quezon City!
