The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working admin staff with warehouse experience and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and admin officer to handle requests and queries from managers
- Other task maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or College graduate.
- Over 2 years’ experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Ability to multitask.
