We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱18,000 - ₱20,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Accounting Assistant is in charge of assisting the Accounting Department through clerical tasks such as data entry, processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budget, assisting in auditing or fact checking and other duties as needed. Processing Tax documentation, renewal of insurance and claims.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring of Petty Cash Funds
• Liquidation and Disbursement of PCF
• Monitoring of Budget and Cash Advances
• Weekly Payroll
• Diesel SOA Monitoring
• Monitoring of RFID/Easy Trip
• BIR works
• Processing of insurance
REPORTS TO SUBMIT:
• Weekly Disbursement Report
• Weekly Payroll Report
• RFID/Easy Trip Balance Daily Report
• Diesel SOA Report
